Mr. Romano is a sole practitioner handling matters in State and Federal Courts throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Romano aggresively and zealously represents his clients to attain the very best result possible.
In 1992, Mr. Romano joined the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where he spent five years prosecuting crimes ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies.
Since 1997 Mr. Romano continues to handle cases involving allegations of homicide, white collar crimes, driving while intoxicated, narcotics crimes, domestic violence, insurance fraud, sex crimes and assaults. Thorough investigations of all matters are conducted to uncover: false accusations, wrongful arrests, poor police work, mistaken identifications, and police misconduct.
